James has been a qualified member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor for 14 years, working initially in general practice for Knight Frank in London specialising in asset management, business space and investment.

During the last nine years James has specialised in the syndication of commercial property investments within all sectors of the property market. Throughout this period he has not only acquired a substantial number of property assets for syndicates of private 'high net worth' individuals, but he has also facilitated the acquisition of many commercial property assets for sole purchasers. James has very successfully established and managed over 35 syndicated property acquisitions with a combined value in excess of £100 million.

James has demonstrated a proven track record of delivering successful investment opportunities in varied market conditions and has firmly established a reputation as one of the UK's leading experts on commercial property syndication.
