Operator Service for Unregulated Collective Investment Schemes ("UCIS")

As an FSA regulated company authorised to promote and operate UCIS, Rougemont is able to offer professional bodies and collective groups of Sophisticated Investors and High Net Worth Individuals/Companies the opportunity to operate their own syndicated investment schemes within an appropriate regulatory structure.

Under such an arrangement Rougemont will not actively seek a facilitation role in the acquisition of the opportunity nor, unless specifically requested, will it seek to introduce its own clients and contacts as potential investors. Rougemont's primary role is to provide a discreet, bespoke syndication service designed to facilitate the syndication process under the appropriate regulatory framework.

In addition, property administration and management services can be provided for such Syndicates through Rougemont's working partnership with Harlow Property Management.
